We are a fully computerised training group practice. The doctors work in partnership as a group - you don't have to consult the doctor with whom you are registered. You can in fact see any doctor you choose and we will try to ensure that. If it is not possible to do so, we will explain the reasons why.
Sometimes a doctor may ask you to see another doctor within the practice for a specific problem. This is to ensure that you get the best possible quality of care, as all the doctors have areas of special expertise and interest.

You and your general practice
You and your general practice is a national guide on what you can expect from your GP surgery. It also explains what you can do to get the best from the NHS.
If you wish to provide feedback or express a concern, your GP practice is the first point of contact. However, if you are not comfortable sharing your feedback directly with your practice, you can get in touch with NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). The ICB is responsible for overseeing GP services in West Yorkshire, and you can find a feedback form via www.westyorkshire.icb.nhs.uk/you-and-your-general-practice
