We always try to provide the best service possible, but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened. The practice has an in-house complaints procedure, which allows us to deal with problems swiftly. A leaflet detailing this procedure is available at reception or please telephone or write to our practice manager.

In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can contact the complaints team at NHS England:
